Am I eligible?

You need to currently be - or at one time have been - working for the US Armed Services. Sometimes the brands we work with will decide to limit the offer to only some types of people in the military community. This may or may not include military family or civilian contractors. If on the form you don't see an option that is a close fit, then that means you unfortunately are not eligible for this offer.

What information should I enter?

Your current status Your most recent branch of service First and last name, as shown on military records Date of birth Personal email address (if asked) Personal mobile phone number, that can receive SMS text messages We need to email you important information about your verification, so please use your main email address.

What documentation is needed?

If asked to upload proof of eligibility, you'll need to provide a government-issued document that shows your First and last name Branch of service Your current affiliation with the armed services Your discharge date (if applicable)

Note 1: Any documents submitted to SD America will be permanently deleted. Feel free to black out / cover up any sensitive information that is unrelated to proving your eligibility.
Note 2: It is important that your name shown in the document matches the name you entered initially in the form. For verifying, please use only the name shown in your document.
Note 3: Please only upload documents you are legally allowed to provide.

How does SD America protect my information? We take information security very seriously. We will never sell your information and everything provided to SD America is protected by rigorous protocols. Any documents submitted to us will be permanently deleted.
